Mrs. Pamela “Pam” Ann Wingebach Fee age 95, of Ringgold, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, February 27, 2024. She was born February 6, 1929 in Floral Park, New York to the late Charles Wingebach and Adda Heerlein Wingebach. Pam was raised in and graduated from high school in Lockport, New York before moving to Phoenix, Arizona with her family. While in Arizona, she met her first husband, Douglas Zink. After Douglas was discharged from the Air Force, they moved to Vista, California. While in California she enjoyed painting art, swimming, and spending time with her friends. She was also involved with the Republican Women’s Party. Later in life, Pam married John Fee Jr. His work led them to travel to many countries including the Marshal Islands, Saudi Arabia, Guam Europe, and her favorite, Africa. In the 1980’s they moved back to Escondido, California where she resided until moving to Ringgold, Georgia in 2012 with her daughter, Dawn. Pam loved spending time with her cats, and spending time with her family. She is preceded in death by her first husband, Douglas Zink; second husband, John Fee Jr.; parents, Charles Wingeback and Adda Heerlein Wingebach; son-in-law, Marty Kuykendall. Survivors include her children, Jim (Souzzann) Zink and Dawn Kuykendall; sister, Hazel Dubarton; grandchildren, R. Danielle (Jody) Dunn, Justin (Cassy) Graham, Alana (Deonta) Lindsey, Dylan (Nichole) Zink, Caitlin
(R.J.) Garey; extended grandchildren, Andrew (Diane) Kuykendall, Kip (Amber) Kuykendall, Jolynn (Mike) Hart; many great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, as well as several nieces and
nephews. A celebration of life service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 16, 2024 in the
