Patrica “Pat” Phillips

Patrica “Pat” Phillips was born on July 9, 1937, in Springport, Michigan and died September 20, 2025. Pat had a spiritual birth in 1953 and is still alive for she is absent from the body and present with her Lord and Savior. She was just 19 when she married Ted Phillips, a minister, and became a pastor’s wife. Her life was full and complete with the roll of being a pastor’s wife, which included Sunday school teaching, children’s work, leading women’s meetings, youth camps, speaking at ladies meeting and conferences, preparing meetings for church potlucks, and providing a comfortable home for her pastor husband. Pat loved to work with her hands, painting, sewing, crocheting, knitting and gardening. She loved to read. Pat was always looking for ways to introducing people, both young and old, to the Lord Jesus so that they would accept his gift of eternal life. “Death is swallowed up in victory.” - 1 Corinthians 15:54
Pat is preceded in death by her parents, Chester Arther Conley and Ester England Conley; sister, Elanore June Conley Short; brothers, Charles LeRoy Conley and Brian Keith Conley.
She is survived by her loving husband of sixty-nine years, Theodore “Ted” Phillips; sisters, Barbara sue Martin, Deborah Lou Cuatt; brothers, Arther Lane Conley, Barry Lee Conley, and Gerald Alan Conley.
A graveside and memorial service will be held on October 11, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Springport Cemetery in Springport, Michigan with Pastor Matt Rohdea officiating. Online register book at www.wilsonfuneralhome.com. Arrangements by Wilson Funeral Homes Wallis ~ Stewart Chapel, Ringgold, Georgia.
