Patty is preceded in death by her father, Bernard John “Heavy” Nowatny; her brother, Jerry Nowatny; and her brother-in-law, John Campbell.
Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Heather (Nathan) White of Ringgold, Georgia, and Joseph Roy (April) Nowatny of Niota, Tennessee; her mother, Dorthy Pilkington of Ringgold, Georgia; siblings, Linda (Steve) Steder of Decatur, Tennessee, Mary Talley, Michael (Janice) Nowatny, Joseph Roy Nowatny, Sr., and Tim Pilkington all of Ringgold, Georgia; her grandchildren, Austin (Sabrina) Bradley, Destiny Bradley, Jalynn Nowatny and Blaze Nowatny; and her great-grandchildren, Atlas Bradley, Eli Bradley, Marcel Fiore; several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
The family invites friends and loved ones to join us in remembering and honoring Patty on Thursday, February 19, 2026, from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m., and on Friday, February 20, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. on Friday, February 20, 2026.
