Paul Jeffrey “PJ” Dean, age 52, of Ringgold, Georgia passed away on Thursday, May 8, 2025. He was a lifelong resident of Ringgold, Georgia and of the Baptist Faith. PJ was an avid military history buff, worked with Brown Brothers construction and enjoyed remote-controlled cars and guns. Two of his passions were racing and his dogs. PJ enjoyed track racing and drag racing. His car was not only his race car but his daily driver as well. Most of all, he loved his two dogs, Rascal and Caine.
He is preceded in death by his fiancé, Katrina Johnson; son, Dylan Dean; parents, James E. Dean and Carrene Hatfield Dean, as well as his brother, Jerry Dean.
PJ is survived by his brother, Allen (Kim) Dean of Ringgold, Georgia; nephew, Warren (Amber) Dean; niece, Loren (Dustin) Fryar; great nieces and nephews, Emma Fryar, Carter Dean, Cole Fryar.
