Paulette Saylors DeFoe Cooper

Paulette Saylors DeFoe Cooper, 78, of Rossville, went home to be with her Lord & Savior on Thursday, September 7, 2023. She was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee on November 23, 1944 to the late, Paul James Saylors & Dovie Louise Green Saylors and had lived in the Chattanooga & North Georgia areas for most of her life. She was previously employed with Advantage Windows as the Office Manager for many years and was a member of Gateway Baptist Church. She truly loved her church family and spending time with her family & friends was a priority, but her daughter, grandson and great grandson were the joy in her life. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother who will be truly missed by all who knew her. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Paula Roberts and brother, Richard Saylors.

Survivors include her loving husband of more than 29 years, Jimmy Cooper; daughter, Michelle Guffey; sister, Susan Phillips; grandson, Colton Guffey; great grandson, Colt Guffey and numerous extended family & friends.

Graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, September 12, 2023 in the Lakewood South Memory Gardens with Bro. James Helton officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Condolences may be left at www.wilsonfuneralhome.com.
