Rachel "Ann" Eakins Burrows, age 66, of Chickamauga, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 27, 2025. Born in Dayton, Tennessee, Ann was the daughter of the late Richard Eakins and Margaret Lee Owens Eakins.
