Rebecca Anne Baugh, 64, of Ringgold, Georgia, passed away on Friday, February 21, 2025. She was born in Chicago, Illinois, to the late Bill and Katy Williams. Rebecca moved from Chicago to the Northwest Georgia area when she was fifteen. After moving to the Northwest Georgia area, she met the love of her life, Larry and they lived here the remainder of her life. She worked for Cigna Health in Chattanooga, Tennessee for over forty years. Rebecca was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She always enjoyed helping and spending time with her husband and their family. Rebecca enjoyed sewing and making quilts. She was a great cook and would often cook Italian inspired dishes for her family. Rebecca dearly loved her family and her family's love for her was deep and unwavering, and she will be missed.
Rebecca is preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Katy Williams, and her siblings, Jeff and Monica.
Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband of forty-seven years, Larry Baugh; children, Jessica Cates of East Brainerd, Tennessee and Larry Stephen Baugh who is stationed with the United States Army in Texas; siblings, Ed, Leonard, and Jennifer; three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
