Rebecca “Becky” Gail Smith age 53, of Ringgold, Georgia passed away on Friday, August 16, 2024, while surrounded by her family. She was a life long resident of North Georgia and of the Christian faith. Becky was a nurse for fifteen years but her most cherished time was spent with her family and friends. First and foremost, her most memorable time was spent with her husband, Kevin and also with her niece, great niece, and great nephew who knew her as “Bebe”.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Peggy Pate and Ed Fricks, as well as her grandparents.
Survivors include her loving husband, Kevin Smith; sisters, Angela (Jeff) McCuiston, Amber (Mike) Bell, Stefani (Bob) Bell; niece, Racheal (Jeremy) Graham; great niece, Rylee Fowler, great nephew, Caleb Fowler; uncle, Garry (Louise) Blaylock, and many extended family members.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 20, 2024, in the funeral home chapel with minister Betsy Kammerdiener officiating. Interment will follow in Anderson Memorial Gardens.
