Robert Jack Robertson age 92, of LaFayette, Georgia passed away Friday – June 9, 2023. He was born in Flexitile, Georgia to the late Will and Nell Baxter Robertson. He was a graduate of Ringgold High School – Class of 1947. He served his country in the U.S. Army Reserves and worked in sales in the steel industry. He was a member of LaFayette First United Methodist Church. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his sisters: Elaine Fandrich, Claudell Tucker, brothers: Sam Houston Robertson and Baxter Robertson. He is survived by his wife of seventy-two years: Margaret Louise Vaughan Robertson of LaFayette, GA, sons: Bruce (wife: Kyle) Robertson of Walkertown, N.C., Brad (wife: Laura Compton) Robertson of Mobile, AL, grandchildren: Justin and Kelly Robertson, several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 am graveside – Friday – June 16, 2023 at Anderson Cemetery in Ringgold, Georgia with Minister: Randall Massengill officiating.
