Ruth C. Wilson, 91, previously of Red Bank, Tennessee, passed away Friday, June 30, 2023 in Hospice in Ft. Oglethorpe, Georgia, following a brief illness.
Born in Kentucky, she had made her home in the Chattanooga area for many years. She was the daughter of Robert Creech, Sr. and Robbie Mae Davis Creech. She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Robert (Bobby) Wilson; and brothers, Robert Creech, Jr. and Clayton G. Creech.
She is survived by her brother, Wilfred H. Creech; nephews, Steven R. Creech (Jada) and Robert (Robby) Creech; nieces, Pamela Browning and Cynthia Creech; and a special friend, Lisa Potter.
A graveside service will be held on July 17, 2023 at 1 pm at Chickamauga City Cemetery.
