Selena “Denise” Davenport, 50, of Rossville, passed away unexpectedly on January 6, 2024. In her free time, she enjoyed puzzles, coloring, riding motorcycles with her husband, and going to the beach. Denise attended Cowboy Church of LaFayette, Georgia and her favorite flower was a rose. Her most cherished time was spent with her family and dogs. Denise will be missed by many and forever loved. She is preceded in death by her father, Melvin Duncan and her husband, Chris Davenport. Survivors include her daughter, Angel (Dakota) Davenport; son, Christopher Lee Davenport Jr.; grandson, Christopher “Trae” Lee Davenport III; mother, Ann (Jimmy Brock) Walker; brothers, Billy Harkins and Micah Duncan. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday and on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
