Sharon Melinda Higginbotham Abellar age 65, of Cleveland, TN went home to be with The Lord Friday – August 9, 2024. She was born in Jacksonville, Florida and was of the Christian faith. She was a devoted Navy wife, moving to the Philippians, Hawaii, Washington State, California, Pensacola, Florida and several other barracks. She enjoyed cooking, collecting recipe books and anything Hello Kitty. She loved Jesus and studying her Bible. Romans 14:7)“For none of us liveth to himself, and no man dieth to himself. 8)For whether we live, we live unto The Lord; and whether we die, we die unto The Lord: whether we live therefore, or die, we are The Lord’s. 9)For to this end Christ both died, and rose, and revived, that He might be Lord both of the dead and living.” She is preceded in death by her father: Joseph Jackson Higginbotham and her husband: Victor Licayan Abellar. She is survived by her mother and step-father: Claud Orville and Maxine Kruse of Ooltewah, TN, her sisters: Mary Jean Rogers of CA, April Dawn (Thomas) Crites of Oak Ridge, TN, brothers: Joseph Paul Higginbotham, Claud Orville (Carol) Kruse, Jr. of Ooltewah, TN, Shawn Kevin (Angela) Kruse of Rossville, GA, several nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.
