Terry Leboyd Wilson, 69, of Rossville, Georgia, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, August 19, 2024. He was born in Dade County, Georgia, to the late Boyd and Birdie Jane Wilson. Terry had lived in the Rossville area for most of his life and was a Deacon and a member of Garretts Chapel Baptist Church in Chickamauga, Georgia. Terry loved his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Terry’s love for his family and friends was beyond measure. Terry was a family man and always worked hard to provide for his wife and family. He enjoyed fishing and family vacations and was a huge Alabama Football fan. Roll Tide! His family dearly loved Terry, and he will be missed. The great comfort for his family is knowing that he is now at Home with Jesus, and they will get to see him again.
Terry is preceded in death by his parents, Boyd and Birdie Jane Wilson; grandparents, Amon and Annie Lou Wilson; and special aunt, Patsy Rivera.
Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of fifty years, Brenda Wilson; daughter, Nikki (Lance) Melson of Rossville, Georgia; and grandchildren, Camdyn and Chandler Melson, both of Rossville, Georgia.
