Travis James Hudgins, age 71, of Rossville, passed away on Tuesday, February 10, 2026.
Born in Centre, Alabama, to the late Jack Hudgins and Leebeth Brasher Hudgins, Travis made the Rossville area his home since 1970. He was of the Baptist faith and lived a life grounded in hard work, devotion to family, and dedication to his community.
Travis was the proud owner and operator of Rock Springs Tire for more than 39 years. Through his business, he built lasting relationships and earned the respect of customers and friends alike. In his spare time, he enjoyed working on antique cars and online gambling. Above all, he was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Billy Hudgins, Garth Hudgins, and Tom Hudgins.
Left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife of 54 years, Nina Henderson Hudgins; his children, Travis Anthony Hudgins, Nancy Hudgins (Steven) Saint, and Hank David Hudgins; his siblings, Jack Hudgins, Joyce Land, and Manley Hudgins; eight grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 14, 2026, in the funeral home chapel, with Pastor Chris McDaniel officiating. Interment will follow in Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Friday and prior to the service on Saturday.
