Cynthia Louise Hice, 67, of Rossville, GA, passed away on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, surrounded by her family.
She was born on September 9, 1958, in Lockport, NY. Cynthia was funny and had a good sense of humor. She will be remembered as a kind and loving person.
Cynthia was preceded in death by her partner, Robert Rachels; her parents, Frank Rupert and Audrey Wilbur; her sisters, Donna Roberson and Melanie Rupert; and her paternal grandparents, Ethel and Frank Rupert.
She is survived by her children, Traci Rupert, Frank Miller, Nina (Andrew) Stidham, Suzanne Miller, Selina (Shawn) Jackson, and Edward Hice; several grandchildren; her siblings, Ellie Rupert, Patricia Boyd, Terry Rupert, and Robert Rupert; and several nieces and nephews.
