Sharon Denise Green Rosser

Sharon Denise Green Rosser, 66, of Chickamauga, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
Sharon was born in Dunlap, Tennessee, to the late George W. Green and Melba Marie Waters Green. She was lovingly raised in Dunlap until 1992, when she made her home in the Chickamauga area. A devoted member of Peavine Baptist Church, Sharon lived a life grounded in faith, love, and service to others.
She found her greatest joy in spending time with her family, especially her beloved grandchildren. Sharon had a passion for reading, cherished visits to the beach, and was well known for her fondness for collecting flamingos. Above all, she was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend whose kindness and gentle spirit touched all who knew her.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Gary Green; and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Joe and Betty Rosser.
Those left to cherish her memory include her devoted husband, Mark Rosser; daughter and son-in-law, Amber and Matt Provenzano; brother, George Michael (Patricia) Green; brothers-in-law, Danny (Robin) Rosser and Mike (Alicia) Rosser; treasured grandchildren, Thatcher and Laney; as well as several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service to celebrate Sharon’s life will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, in the funeral home chapel. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday and prior to the service on Tuesday.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to Orchard Pointe Church, where Amber and Matt worship, or to Peavine Baptist Church, Sharon and Mark’s church family.
