Charles “Butch” Plaster, 81, of Chickamauga passed away Monday, April 6th, 2026. Butch was born May 2nd, 1944 in Chattanooga, TN to the late Clark Earl and Ida Pauline Plaster. He was a lifelong resident of the Chickamauga area and faithful member of Heritage Point Baptist Church. He was the proud owner and operator of Parkway Machine Shop and retired after many years of service from Combustion. The only thing Butch enjoyed more than cars, the drag strip, or watching the Braves and Bulldogs was spending time with his loving family.
Survivors include his loving wife of 57 years, Joyce Plaster; daughters, Angelia (Brandon) Strickland and Sherry (Jimmy) Price; grandchildren, Hayley Strickland, Caroline Strickland, Taylor (Ross) Eller, and Matthew Weishaupt.
Funeral services will be 1 PM, Thursday in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Neil Brown officiating. Interment will follow at Lakewood Memory Gardens, South.
