Jerry Wayne Harris, 70, of Chickamauga, Georgia, passed away April 11, 2026. He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years Kathy, his 2 sons Shane and Jeff, 5 grandchildren Garret, Stone, Hudson, Avery & Lilli, great-grandson Eli, his sister Deb & 2 brothers Charles & Willie. He was a loving Husband, Dad & Brother who enjoyed spending time with friends, fishing, woodworking, auto shows and caring for the family cats. He served the Chattanooga Valley area as a Business Owner & Mechanic before retiring.
The family will receive friends on Thursday from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., and again on Friday from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, April 17, 2026, in the chapel of Wilson Funeral Homes with Pastor Mike Epps officiating. Interment will follow at LaFayette City Cemetery.
