The LaFayette Lions Club is giving community members a chance to win several prizes during this year’s Honeybee Festival with a special raffle contest drawing set for May 30.
According to organizers, raffle tickets are available for $5 each or five tickets for $20. Participants will have the opportunity to win a Tokarev USA TX3 12HDM shotgun, a birdhouse, or a drill.
The giveaway is being sponsored by the LaFayette Lions Club as part of the annual Honeybee Festival festivities in downtown LaFayette.
Residents interested in purchasing raffle tickets can visit Bank of LaFayette, Hammond-Jones Hardware, Teems & Teems Agency, or contact any member of the LaFayette Lions Club.
Festival organizers say the raffle is one of several activities taking place during the Honeybee Festival, which draws visitors from across the region each year for live entertainment, food vendors, shopping, and family-friendly activities.
The raffle drawing will be held May 30 during the Honeybee Festival.
