A recount of ballots cast in the May 19th General Republican Primary Election for Public Service Commission District 3 will take place next week.
The recount is scheduled for Tuesday, June 23rd, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at the Walker County Elections Office.
Election officials say the recount will be open to the public, and all interested members of the community are welcome to attend and observe the process.
