Nancy Tyboroski McNeely

Nancy Laverne Tyboroski McNeely, age 66, of Chickamauga, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, June 24, 2026.
Born in Joliet, Illinois, Nancy was the daughter of the late Bruno Tyboroski and Joyce Holloway Tyboroski. She spent most of her life in the North Georgia area and was of the Christian faith. Nancy was employed at Jack’s in Chickamauga, where she enjoyed serving and meeting people from the community. She especially loved traveling to the beach with Zoe and C.J. and treasured every opportunity to spend time with her family and beloved canine companion, “Max”.
Nancy was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Her greatest joy was found in her children and grandchildren, and she cherished the special memories made with each of them. She will be remembered for her kind heart, her love for family, and the lasting impact she made on those who knew and loved her.
In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her sister, Vanessa Herendon.
Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Christy (Mitchell) Stanley, Jennifer (Allen) Lankford, and Bubba McNeely; brother, Tony (Lolis) Tyboroski; grandchildren, Zoe (C.J.) King, Laura Stanley, McKinley Stanley, Reese Lankford, Nolan Stanley, Maliyah Lankford, and Elizabeth Lankford; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 28, 2026, with Bro. Michael Lankford officiating, in the funeral home chapel. The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Saturday and prior to the service on Sunday.
