The Fort Oglethorpe Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a person of interest in connection with a theft investigation.
According to the department’s Criminal Investigations Division, the individual shown in a released photo is being sought as part of an investigation into a theft that occurred at a local retail business.
Investigators are asking anyone who recognizes the individual or has information that could help identify them to contact Detective Goddard with the Fort Oglethorpe Police Department at 706-866-2512.

Police say any information provided by the public could assist investigators as they continue to work the case.
