The LaFayette High School softball team picked up a 10-7 win over Calhoun Monday night, powered by a strong performance at the plate from several Lady Ramblers.
Brilee Wilson and Paityn Weldon led the LaFayette offense with three hits and one RBI apiece.
Emory Beck finished 1-for-4 at the plate and drove in three runs, while Abigail Rowlls went 1-for-2 with three RBIs.
Brooklynn Myers, Bri Medrano, Tinleigh Roberts and Ashlynn Dotts also contributed to the offensive effort with one hit each as LaFayette put 10 runs on the board to secure the victory.
The Lady Ramblers will have a quick turnaround as both the varsity and junior varsity teams return to action Tuesday night at home against Sonoraville.
The varsity game is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m., with the JV game to follow.
