Students at Chattanooga Valley Middle School recently had the opportunity to hear from Georgia State Rep. Mike Cameron as part of their State Government classes.
Cameron visited the school to speak with students about state government, giving them an opportunity to hear directly from one of the lawmakers representing Northwest Georgia.
Following the visit, Cameron said he was honored to have the opportunity to address the classes.
“Honored to address State Government classes at Chattanooga Valley Middle School,” Cameron said.
Cameron also thanked Cora McMichael and Bambara Timmerman for inviting him to speak with the students.
The visit gave students an opportunity to connect what they are learning in the classroom with state government and public service.
