Naomi Elementary School in LaFayette is inviting the community to help save lives by participating in a Future Lifesavers Blood Drive on Monday, October 26, 2026.
The blood drive, held in partnership with Blood Assurance, will take place from 1:30 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. at Naomi Elementary School, located at 4038 GA-136 Highway in LaFayette.
The event is part of the Future Lifesavers program, which gives elementary and middle schools an opportunity to earn grant funding by hosting blood drives while encouraging students and families to become involved in a lifesaving cause.
Every blood donation helps provide a critical supply of blood to patients in need throughout the community.
As a special thank-you for donating, everyone who gives blood during the event will receive a Blood Assurance Dumpling Squish.
Those planning to donate are encouraged to eat a good meal, drink extra water, avoid energy drinks, and bring a valid photo ID.
