The Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help locating a 16-year-old runaway who was last seen in the Rossville area.
Authorities say Stella Frazier, 16, was reported as a runaway juvenile after she was last seen near Princess Lane and Backdraft Lane in Rossville at approximately 1 p.m. Tuesday, August 18.
Frazier is described as being approximately 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighing around 124 pounds.
She was last seen wearing pink sweatpants and a black shirt.
The Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone who has seen Frazier or has information that could help investigators determine her whereabouts to contact authorities.
