CommonSpirit Health Market President and CEO Janelle Reilly Retires After 37-Year Healthcare Career

CommonSpirit Health Market President and CEO Janelle Reilly is retiring following a 37-year career in healthcare, including the past decade leading CommonSpirit operations in Tennessee and North Georgia.

CommonSpirit South Region President Matt Brown announced Reilly’s retirement, recognizing her leadership and commitment to providing compassionate care throughout the communities served by the health system.

Reilly has spent nearly four decades working in healthcare, with the last 10 years focused on leading CommonSpirit’s operations across Tennessee and North Georgia.

During her tenure, Reilly helped guide the organization and its healthcare services throughout the region while emphasizing patient care and service to local communities.

Brown praised Reilly for what he described as “extraordinary leadership” and said her influence will continue even after her retirement.

“After a distinguished 37-year career in healthcare, Janelle Reilly is retiring after 10 years of extraordinary leadership with CommonSpirit in Tennessee and North Georgia,” Brown said. “Her legacy of compassionate care will be felt across our communities for years to come, and we wish her all the best in her well-deserved retirement.”

Reilly’s retirement brings to a close a healthcare career spanning nearly four decades.

CommonSpirit Health has not announced information regarding Reilly’s successor.
