Four felony arrests on Saturday in Walker County. 54-year-old Timothy Edgar Evett was charged with two counts of cruelty to children, terrorist threats and disorderly conduct. 45-year-old William Michael Crawley was arrested and charged with bringing stolen property across state lines and possession of meth. 48-year-old Eric Shane Scoggins faces several charges including possession of marijuana and a schedule I and schedule II, drug related objects and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

The Arby’s in LaFayette received a 96. The Taco Bell in Chickamauga scored a 96 as well.
Two buses collided in Dade County on Friday. According to the Georgia Department of Public Safety the incident happened just before 4pm on Highway 136. One of the busses stopped due to the traffic in front of it. That was rear-ended by another bus. One of the drivers suffered an injury but was not taken to the hospital. One student also had a minor injury and was transported for treatment.
Check your freezer. Perdue Foods is recalling more than 167,000 pounds of frozen chicken nuggets and tenders. The move comes after customers reported finding metal wire embedded in the products. The recall covers select lot of Breaded Chicken Tenders, Butcher Box Organic Chicken Breast Nuggets and Perdue Simply Smart Organics Breaded Chicken Brest Nuggets. As of Friday, there have been no confirmed injuries due to the products. If you have the recalled chicken, you can throw it away, return it to where you bought it. Perdue is offering a full refund to impacted consumers who contact the company.
