The Dinner Bell Restaurant caught fire on Wednesday night and suffered serious damages. Owners of the restaurant say the restaurant is closed for the foreseeable future. A furnace caught fire and the flames caused damage inside the building. The plan is for the restaurant to eventually reopen. Ownership is just not sure when that will be.

Tax revenues in Georgia were up 2.3% in November. Gross sales tax and use tax collections for November were up 6.5% over the fiscal year 2024. Adjusted sales tax distribution to local governments increased more than $50 million dollars from last year.
Stanley is recalling 2.6 million mugs. The company has received dozens of consumer complaints. Some users reported getting burns and needing medical attention. The recall covers all Stanley Switchback and Trigger Action stainless steel travel mugs. The products are manufactured in China and sold at Amazon, Walmart and most other national retailers from June 2016 through this year.
