Georgia Northwestern Technical College Celebrates Outstanding Student Achievements in 2023 Summer Semester

Georgia Northwestern Technical College (GNTC) is proud to shine a spotlight on the academic excellence achieved by its students during the summer semester of 2023. Students from across the region have been recognized for their outstanding achievements, earning a place on either the President’s or Dean’s List.

The President’s List, the highest academic honor, celebrates students who have maintained a GPA of 3.8 or higher while successfully completing a course load of at least 12 credit hours during the summer semester.

Students who earned a place on the Dean’s List have also demonstrated exceptional academic performance by maintaining a GPA of 3.5 to 3.79 during the summer semester while carrying a course load of at least 12 credit hours. Here are the Dean’s List students from the area:

Georgia Northwestern Technical College continues to provide high-quality workforce education to the communities of northwest Georgia, offering a range of programs in aviation, business, health, industrial, and public service career paths. In the past year, a remarkable 11,601 individuals have benefited from GNTC’s credit and noncredit programs. With an annual credit enrollment of 8,071 students and an additional 3,530 individuals enrolled in adult education, continuing education, business and industry training, and Georgia Quick Start programs, GNTC remains dedicated to serving the educational needs of the region.
