LaFayette High School rising Senior, Joey Hicks, has made a remarkable achievement in receiving a perfect score of 36 on the ACT. Only about .3% of test-takers score perfectly, which puts him in the top percentile of test-takers. Joey credits his success to studying with 36 University, a program he highly recommends to others aiming for a perfect ACT score. Joey also participated in LaFayette High School’s dual enrollment and AP classes, which have helped him tackle advanced coursework and earn college credits. Joey’s involvement in various organizations like the National Honor Society, Lafayette High School Scholars Program, and Beta Club and LHS’ robotics program have further enhanced his college resume. Looking ahead, Joey plans to major in computer science at Georgia Tech and has already signed up for distance computer science classes with the university during his senior year.
