Country Music Artist Craig Campbell and Amber Carrington Headline FREE Event
Downtown LaFayette is shutting down Main Street and rolling in the big stage to close out its Music on Main Concert Series on Friday, Oct. 13.Everyone is invited to attend this giant party—FOR FREE— as country music star Craig Campbell and Amber Carrington, from “The Voice,” rock the downtown square beginning at 7:00 p.m.

“Music on Main” is set to provide an entertaining evening for the entire LaFayette community while supporting the downtown area. The Music on Main venue is set up in the heart of the city and will feature our downtown restaurants along with a few more food vendors. The city of Lafayette is striving to become a regional destination for performing arts, dining and entertainment.
What to Expect
Live Music: The evening begins at 7:00 PM with a performance by Amber Carrington, Season 4 of The Voice. The headliner, Craig Campbell, is no stranger to LaFayette with his past performance at the Honeybee in 2018. Get ready for a Southern rock kickoff by Amber and a genre-bending but country at the roots performance by Craig Campbell.
Culinary Delights: Indulge in eclectic food and beverages available for purchase from Wardlaw’s Lucky Eye-Q, Station House, Toki Habatchi, El Trio, Crushed Tomato, Vienna Bier Garden and Captain Mac’s Seafood & Grill Food Truck. Adult beverages bought within the Main Street entertainment zone can be enjoyed at the event. Outside beverages are not allowed. If you are looking for a sweet treat or even a caffeine fix, try out Dough & Co or Hometown Sip & Scoop while you listen to the concert.
Community Fun: Join us at 6:00 pm near the stage for a community fun run around our recently developed Greenway Trail which takes you through Downtown LaFayette. The fun will continue with our concert so bring your own lawn chairs and join the LaFayette community for an evening of music and enjoyment. There will be cornhole boards and other games available for kids and adults to enjoy.
Join Us: “Music on Main” is open to everyone in the surrounding communities, and it’s a free event. Simply show up with your lawn chairs and enjoy a night of entertainment, community spirit, and the chance to support LaFayette’s Downtown District.
