Major Drug Bust Leads to Four Arrests in Walker County

A drug bust at a property on Corinth Road in Walker County has resulted in the arrest of four individuals, according to authorities.

Agents from the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit Drug Task Force, in conjunction with the Walker County Sheriff’s Office and officers from the Georgia Department of Community Supervision, executed a search warrant at the property, where they discovered approximately 12 ounces of methamphetamine and a significant amount of cash.

During the operation, law enforcement officials observed a vehicle approaching the property, which quickly fled the scene upon realizing the ongoing search. The driver, identified as Clay Borman, was pursued and subsequently apprehended on Monroe Green Road. Borman is now facing multiple charges.

Additionally, Anthony “Chip” Crowe, Anita Cox, and Jessica Cox have been charged with trafficking methamphetamine in connection with the bust.

Authorities stress the importance of such operations in combating the distribution of illegal drugs in the community and reaffirm their commitment to ensuring public safety in Walker County.

The investigation is ongoing as law enforcement continues to gather evidence related to the case.
