Classic cars, motorcycles and a good cause will come together in Walker County as the Al Millard Memorial Stocking Full of Love hosts its 34th annual Labor Day Car and Motorcycle Show.
The event will be held Monday, Sept. 7, from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. at Saddle Ridge School, located at 9858 North Highway 27 in Rock Spring.
The annual Labor Day show serves as the largest fundraiser for the Stocking Full of Love, a Christmas charity sponsored by the Walker County Sheriff’s Office that helps provide toys and gifts to local children in need.
The organization is named in memory of the late Walker County Sheriff Al Millard, who started the program to help ensure children throughout the county could experience the joy of Christmas.
The impact of the program continues to be felt across Walker County. During the 2025 Christmas season, Stocking Full of Love provided toys and gifts to more than 1,200 children in need.
Money raised through events such as the Labor Day Car and Motorcycle Show helps the organization continue that mission each Christmas season.
