Stone Creek Elementary School is helping families prepare for the upcoming school year by releasing its 2026-2027 school supply lists for students in kindergarten through fifth grade.
The lists outline the classroom supplies students will need before the start of school, with requirements varying by grade level. Common items across multiple grade levels include pencils, crayons, scissors, glue sticks, Expo dry-erase markers, notebook paper, tissues and paper towels.
Kindergarten students will need items such as a 24-pack of crayons, glue sticks, two primary composition notebooks, a pencil box, cardstock and pencils.
First-grade students are asked to bring supplies including pencils, crayons, scissors, paper, Expo markers, headphones or earbuds, Clorox wipes and paper towels.
Second-grade classrooms are requesting Expo markers, glue sticks, colored pencils, Clorox wipes, Kleenex, hand sanitizer, pencils, paper, scissors and pink erasers.
Third- and fourth-grade students will need notebook paper, pencils, spiral notebooks, folders with pockets and prongs, crayons, markers, copy paper, tissues, paper towels and scissors. Fourth-grade students are also asked to bring Expo markers.
Fifth-grade students should bring colored pencils, three folders, scissors, a pencil pouch, Expo markers, tissues, paper towels, pencils and notebook paper.
In addition to grade-specific supplies, the school has also shared a general classroom wish list for families who would like to donate extra items. Requested donations include Band-Aids, hand sanitizer, tissues, Magic Erasers, disinfecting wipes, Ziploc bags of all sizes, Expo markers, paper towels and personal earbuds.
The school encourages families to gather supplies before the start of the academic year and thanked the community for supporting its students. The supply list also carries a simple message for the new school year: “Be Kind, Be Respectful, Be Your Best.”
