NON CUSTODIAL KIDNAPPING ———-
Pedro Diego, 5 yoa male child was taken by a non custodial grandparent. He has brown hair, black eyes, approximately 3 ft tall, weighs 45 lbs. Last seen wearing dark yellow sweat pants, a black Air Jordan t-shirt and a camouflage jacket with a hood. He has a high and tight fade haircut.
Suspect is – Carlotta Wooten age 49
Suspect vehicle is a black Chevrolet SUV, unknown make, shown in the photo.
