Yesterday hospital leadership and community leaders announced more than half of the campaign’s $5 million goal has already been raised. Now, the health system invites local residents and community members to join in supporting the new hospital. The goal is to raise the final $2 million by June 2024. All gifts, regardless of the amount, will help achieve the fundraising goal. Online donations can be made at supportmemorialfoundation.org/donate. All donations designated for CHI Memorial Hospital Georgia will stay in the Northwest Georgia community to support the new hospital project. The new hospital in Ringgold will feature 64 inpatient beds including an intensive care unit (ICU), as well as a full service emergency department, operating rooms, comprehensive imaging services and non-invasive cardiac imaging. The new facility will join together with the existing CHI Memorial Rees Skillern Cancer Institute and medical office buildings to create a comprehensive campus providing a seamless inpatient and outpatient care experience.
