Today is the last day for early voting in Georgia.  By the time the polls close at 5pm today, it’s expected to be a record breaking year for early voting in Walker County.  The polls are open from 8am to 5pm.  You can vote at the Courthouse in LaFayette.  You can also vote in Rock Spring at GNTC, The Rossville Civic Center, The Chickamauga Civic Center and at Lookout Mountain City Hall.  Election day is Tuesday November 5th.  Georgia 93-7 will have complete election results Tuesday night starting in the 7pm hour during “Taste of Country Nights”.
The Walker County Sheriff’s Office says a missing teen from Rossville has been found.  Police say 14-year-old Aryanna Taylor has been found safe.  No other details were released.  The teen disappeared from her home on Monday night.
The latest health inspection report shows the Wolfes Den Coffee Shop on South Duke Street in LaFayette scored a 100.  The Dinner Bell in Flintstone also got a 100.
The LaFayette Lady Ramblers advanced in the elimination bracket of the state softball tournament in Columbus yesterday.  The Ramblers topped LaGrange 5-4.  The Ramblers will face Cherokee Bluff today at 11am.  If they win this morning, they will play again at 3pm today.
