A 22-year-old has been arrested and charged with child molestation.  King Music Osei was arrested Saturday and booked into the Walker County Detention Center just before 4pm.  Osei faces felony charges of Child Molestation and enticing a child for indecent purposes.
Just over 1,200 Walker County residents were without power after storms ripped through the area Sunday evening.  By 10pm last night that number was down to just 13 as crews worked diligently to restore power.
The Courthouse Annex II will soon have a new look.  Artist Jonathan Bidwell is working on a mural on the outside concrete block wall.  The mural will feature three tourism centric scenes.  Funding for the mural comes from the hotel-motel tax.  You can follow the work on the project when you travel along East Villanow Street.
Law enforcement in Forsyth County near Atlanta say they clocked a Ferrari going 178-miles-per-hour on Georgia 400.  Just a reminder, Super Speeders are fined an extra $200 on top of the speeding ticket.  Anyone traveling 75mph or faster on a two-lane road or 85 mph or faster on other roads or highways are considered Super Speeders.
