Billie Ann Precise

Billie Ann Precise, 77, of Rossville, GA, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 5, 2026. She was born in Trion, GA, on December 11, 1948, a daughter of the late Bill and Mae Earwood Kelley.

She was a lifelong resident of the North GA area and a member of the South Rossville Baptist Church. She graduated from Dalton Junior College in 1971 with an ASN degree and then graduated from Southern Missionary College in 1985 with a BSN and then in 1990, she graduated with a master’s degree in nursing from Andrews University Berrien Springs, MI.

Her work career consists of Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga, Hutcheson Medical Center in Fort Oglethorpe and Erlanger Hospital. She retired from Dalton State College in 2011 as an associate professor of nursing.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, James Precise.

Survivors include her brother, Robert Wayne Kelley Sr. of Texas and a nephew, Robert Wayne Kelley Jr. of Cartersville, GA.

A funeral service honoring the memory of Mrs. Billie Precise will be held 11 AM Friday September 11, in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Jeff Lamb officiating. Interment will follow at Lakewood Memory Gardens South.

The family will receive friends Thursday from 4-8 PM at Heritage Funeral Home
