Brandon “Butterbean” Michael Steele, age 33, of Chickamauga, passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2026.
Butterbean enjoyed scratching off lottery tickets and spending time outdoors, where he would go fishing, mudding, and four-wheeling.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Dennis and Jessie Steele and Albert and Madilene Lovett.
He is survived by his parents, Bobby and Kim Steele; brother, Kyle (Katie) Steele; nephews, Kayden Steele and Brantley Steele, who he dearly loved; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, April 28, in the Wilbanks Memorial Chapel with Pastor Jeremy Neal and Richard Cordell officiating.
Interment will take place at Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park.
Pallbearers will be Kyle Steele, Jeremy Lowry, Douglas Steele, Dennis Steele, Kayden Steele, Chris Jones, Jeff Wagner, Logan Roberts, Aaron Sosebee, and Nathan Sosebee.
Honorary pallbearers will be Dakota Cook and Ron Woods.
Family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, April 27, at the funeral home.
