Cody Layton Foxworth, 23, of Adairsville, Georgia, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, November 16, 2024. Cody was born in Macon, Georgia on July 8, 2001 and had lived most of his life in the North Georgia area. He loved being outdoors, playing with his dogs, gathering around bonfires and was a true avid gamer. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Talmadge Foxworth and cousin, Ryan Foxworth. He was a loving and devoted son, brother, uncle and friend that will be truly missed by all who knew him.
Survivors include his parents, Patrick & Aimee Davis Foxworth; brothers & sister-in-law, Trenton & (Whitney) Foxworth and Preston Foxworth; niece, Laylah; nephew, Isaiah; grandparents, Joyce & Jonathan Smith; aunt, Kelley McCormick; cousins, Kailey McCormick and Kassidy McCormick; uncle, Aaron & (Melissa) Davis; grandmother, Faye Foxworth; uncle, Chris Foxworth; cousins, Isaac & (Marissa) Foxworth, Luke Foxworth, Samuel Foxworth, Jacob Foxworth, Micah Foxworth; aunt, Regina & (Wayne) Blankenship; cousins, Mindy & (Jason) Morris and Ava Grace, Amy & (Johnny) Kildoo, Kasen, Paislee, and Teagen; uncle, Robin & (Michelle) Foxworth, Kayla, Dylan and Eythan; aunt, Donna & (Greg) Pasley and Daphne Foxworth; best friend, Michael Gooch; and numerous extended family & friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, November 22, 2024 in the Wallis-Stewart Chapel with Rev. Zach DeVaux officiating. Burial will follow in the Anderson Memorial Gardens.
