Connie Sue Sizemore Shrader, age 74, of Rossville, Georgia passed away December 10, 2024. She was born March 17, 1950 in Chickamauga, Georgia to the late Arnold “Bud” & Wilma Sizemore. She was retired from Favortie Markets after many years of service and was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her parents, Connie is preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Henry Eldridge Shrader and brothers, Roger Sizemore and Donnie Sizemore.
Survivors include her beloved children, daughter and son-in-law, Kim and Jeff Thomas of Norfolk, VA and son and daughter-in-law, Coey and Gwen Shrader of Rossville, GA; grandchildren, Bailee (Nicholas) Jackson, Christopher (Jamee) Thomas; Destiney Shrader, and Madison Shrader; great-grandchildren, Oaklee Jackson, Mylee Jackson, and Oliver Jackson who is on his way; brothers, Ron (Diane) Sizemore of Chattanooga Valley, Lonnie (Donna) Sizemore of Rossville; sister, Donna (Andy) Smith of Rossville; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Thursday December 12 2024, and before the funeral on Friday. Funeral services will be held on Friday December 13, 2024 at 12:00 noon in the Ft. Oglethorpe Chapel of Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Robert K. Schrader officiating. Burial will follow at Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park. Active pallbearers will be Jeff Thomas, Chris Thomas, Nick Jackson, Cole Hackney, Matt Phillips and George Steele.
