Curly Holcombe, age 75, of LaFayette passed away Saturday, November 16, 2024.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sybil Kelly Holcombe; daughter, Frances Louise Middleton; son, Henry “Maverick” Holcombe; grandson, Thomas Holcombe; parents, Earl and Kathryn Dean Holcombe; and brothers, Freeman Holcombe.
He is survived by son, Curly Lee Holcombe Jr.; daughter, Linda Gale Holcombe; seven grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; sister, Carol Penland; brothers, Gary, Edward, Roger, and Richard Holcombe; and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 20, in the Wilbanks Memorial Chapel.
Interment at LaFayette City Cemetery.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday from 12:00 p.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Arrangements are by Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home, LaFayette.
