Cynthia Ann Bleuler Tucker, age 64, of Lookout Mountain, GA, passed away on Tuesday, October 15, 2024.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Leola Ringley Bleuler and father, Harold Ray Bleuler.
She is survived by her husband, Anthony D. Tucker of Lookout Mountain, GA; daughter, Leighanne Tucker (Ryan) Moreland of Hixson, TN; granddaughter, Lila Kate Moreland of Hixson, TN; brother, Kenneth (Maureen) Bleuler of Little Elm, TX; several nieces and nephews; and mother-in-law, Margie Tucker Lanier of Ringgold, GA.
Cindy was a 1977 graduate of MacArthur High School in Irving, TX. She held a Bachelor of Arts Degree from University of North Texas in Denton, TX and a Master of Education Degree from Berry College in Mount Berry, GA. She was a member of Delta Zeta Sorority.
Cindy was a retired teacher from Walker County Georgia Schools. She was a past member of the LaFayette Woman’s Club, and had served on the Cherokee Regional Library Board, the Board of Directors of the Metropolitan Chattanooga YMCA, as well as the Board of Directors of Bethany Christian Services.
Cindy and her husband Tony of 41 years are members of Lookout Mountain Presbyterian Church, PCA.
A funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm on Friday, October 18, in the Wilbanks Memorial Chapel with Rev. Paul Beith and Rev. Brian Salter officiating.
Interment will take place at LaFayette City Cemetery.
A visitation will take place from 1:00 pm until the hour of service on Friday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to Hearth Hospice of North Georgia.
