David Randall Pierce, 73, of Harrison, Tennessee, passed away on Saturday, March 21, 2026. He was born in Lebanon, Virginia on November 30, 1952.
David grew up in the North Georgia area and was a graduate of Rossville High School. He later attended trade school at Walker Technical College in Rock Spring, Georgia. He had a deep love for music and enjoyed playing the guitar and singing. In his free time, David also enjoyed fishing, golfing, and watching movies—especially classic westerns. Above all, he treasured spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Pierce, and his stepdaughter, Morghan Elmore.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Melinda Pierce; his mother, Anna Ruth Stansell; his daughters, Moranda Pierce and her husband Dillon Garrett, and Angel Melton and her husband Joe Melton; his brother, Timothy Stansell; and his grandchildren, Lakin Melton, Josie Melton, and Jaslyn Hope Elmore.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
