Evangeline Bell, age 84, resident of Ringgold, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, April 4, 2026 at Parkridge Medical Center, Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Mrs. Bell, daughter of the late James Thomas Morrow and Una Mae Dean Morrow, was born May 12, 1941 in Wildwood, Georgia. After high school, she started working at the Bank of America Building where she was a clerk for a local law firm. She later worked for a few auto-body shops in the Chattanooga area as a bookkeeper. Mrs. Bell was a member of the Church of Christ Ringgold. While at home, she listened to classic rock and watched old classic soap operas. The family remembers her as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother – sometimes reserved until you had a chance to know her.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two step-sons, Kenneth Bell and Will Bell; and four brothers, James Morrow, Melvin Morrow, John Morrow, and Butch Morrow; two step-daughters, Lynn Anderson and Theresa Bell.
Mrs. Bell is survived by her husband of over 18 years, Warren Bell; two daughters, Audra (Jeff) White and Stacy Thompson; brothers, Dale Morrow; sister, Alma Newsome; three grandchildren, Dusty White, Garrett White, and Hailey Johnson; many other relatives and friends.
