Freddie J. Chapman, age 75, of Trion, passed away on Tuesday, October 8, 2024.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe Willie Chapman and Pauline Hammitt Chapman; and sister, Shirley Long.
He is survived by his sister, Paula (Randall) Anderson; niece, Natasha Walton; nephew, Tony Long; and several other nieces and nephews and cousins also survive.
A funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. on Saturday, October 12, in the Wilbanks Memorial Chapel with Minister Tommy Pettyjohn officiating.
Interment will take place at LaFayette Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be held on Saturday from 2 p.m. to the service hour at the funeral home.
Arrangements are by Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home, LaFayette.
