Grace Irene Partin Brown

Grace Irene Partin Brown, age 91, of Chattanooga, Tennessee went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 5, 2026. A lifelong resident of Chattanooga, Tennessee, Grace was of the Baptist faith and loved to cook. Of all her cooking, cornbread and lemonade were among the most well-known famous recipes. Grace was a devout follower of Christ as she loved the Lord will all her heart and loved to sing his praises. As the prayer warrior of the family, she loved spending time with and raising her family.
She is preceded in death by her husband of fifty four years, Donald Lyle Brown; son, Ronald Brown; daughter Theresa Diane Wallace; her parents, John Partin and Janie Sansing Partin, as well as six brothers.
She is survived by her children, Brenda Brown, Donnie (Marilyn) Brown, Randall (Sharon) Brown; her grandchildren, Shannon Westcott, Tracy Bryant, Ashley Holt, Olivia Grace Buchanan, Willie and Alex Hart; her great grandchildren, Chase Westcott, Lauren Wright, Ila Kate Holt, Owen Bryant, Audrey and Eli Holt.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. in the Wallis – Stewart Chapel of Wilson Funeral Homes with Donnie Brown officiating.
