Joann Lynn Augustin, 55, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, September 27, 2024. She has lived in the Chattanooga area for the past ten years after spending most of her life in Houston, TX. She was of the Christian faith and enjoyed crafts of all kinds, interior decorating, and gardening her flowers. Joann loved her family and spending time with them. She was a dedicated employee of Triple-S Steel for more than 25 years and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Joann is preceded in death by her father, Herrman Augustin; mother, Betty Jo Wilcox Augustin; grandparents; several aunts, uncles, cousins and her beloved dog Ricki.

Those left to cherish her memory include her sister, Jennifer (Ronnie) Augustin-Rogers; niece and nephew, Kayleigh Augustin and Scott Rogers; great nieces, Shonda (Daniel) White and their son, Colt, and Jessica (Zach) Dunn; cousins, Shellie Couch, Cathy Pearson, Tara Camp, Marcia Teeters, Marcus Chambers, Alex Chambers, Nathan Teeters, Donnie Massengale and David Massengale; aunts, Glenda Augustin, Norma Ellis and Nancy (Tim) Chambers.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Monday, September 30, 2024 at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Mark Brandon officiating. Burial will follow in Lakewood Memorial Gardens – West. The family greatly appreciates your prayers and support during this difficult time.
